The Changemaker Career Catalyst (CCC) is dedicated to developing a robust Competence Framework tailored for sustainability-oriented career design. Combining hybrid learning methods, including online preparation, in-person experiential learning, and structured follow-up, this project supports adult learners, career counselors, and guidance institutions across Europe.

This framework is designed to empower individuals with the skills necessary for sustainability-oriented career paths.
